    "Customer" means any person applying for settlement services who has been accepted by Company for the provision of such services;

    "User" means any person using this website including but not limited to any Customer;

    "You" or "you" refers to any User.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use this website. By using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the Terms. The Company may revise these Terms at any time by updating these Terms at this website. We shall provide you with notice of such revisions at the website, and if you object to such changes, you may choose not to continue or renew services with the Company.

  • SERVICES AND FEES

    The Company shall provide Customers with settlement services as described at this website. The scope of services provided shall be at the Company's sole discretion. Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any User applying to be a Customer, either upon the initial application of the User, or at any subsequent time, including after any initial acceptance of User by Company.

    Customer shall not be charged fees for settlement and relocation services, but fees may be charged for optional services, including REDuk. Customer also acknowledges that Company may collect referral fees if a third party service is used by Customer. Such referral fees shall not be charged to Customer by Company. Company may also receive advertising, marketing and promotional fees from third party services recommended, advertised or promoted by Company.

  • LIMITATIONS ON SCOPE OF SERVICES

    The Company's services are limited to consultation in respect of potential settlement in New Brunswick and Canada. However, Users acknowledge that the Company and this website are not in any manner a recruiting agency, employment agency, immigration consultant, or placement service, and the Company and this website do not provide legal advice.

  • TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

    If any User commits any breach or violation of these Terms, the Company may terminate all agreements between the Company and the User in relation to any use of this website or any other services of the Company. Any such termination shall not limit remedies of the Company.

    The Company may also terminate this Agreement and any access to the website by any User, for convenience, without cause. In the event of any such termination, Company agrees to provide written notice to User, at User's last known email address.

    Any User, including any Customer, may terminate its agreement with Company at any time.

    Any termination shall not limit any other remedies available to Company in accordance with this Agreement or at law.

    Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the website for violating these Terms or the law and the right to remove communications which breach these Terms or are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. The Company may take any action with respect to User-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company, infringes the rights of anyone, or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

  • USES OF WEBSITE AND CONTENT

    Use of Website Material

All final decisions in respect of the settlement in Canada are solely those of the Customer. Customers are also solely responsible for all acts, omissions or decisions in respect of employment, immigration and other aspects of settlement. The Company shall use reasonable measures to ensure the security of data maintained at the website, but you acknowledge that no security measures are entirely guaranteed or fool proof, and you assume the risk of any security breaches which may occur.
  • NO WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No waiver of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. No waiver shall be binding on the Company unless agreed to by the Company in writing. These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between all Users and the Company. All fee amounts specified under these Terms or at the website are exclusive of any value added taxes that may apply. All warranties and indemnities contained in these Terms shall survive any termination of services or termination of the relationship between you and the Company.
